The final boss of Sheol will always be Satan.Ĭan only be entered by beating Satan in Sheol and touching the chest while having The Negative item. The final boss of the Womb/Utero will always be Mom's Heart/It Lives! To unlock Utero, you must beat every possible boss on the Womb floor. Every floor at this point in the game will double any half-heart damage dealt against you to full heart damage (this includes Curse Rooms). To unlock Necropolis, you must beat every possible boss on the Depths floor.
The final boss of Depths/Necropolis will always be Mom. To unlock the Catacombs, you must beat every possible boss on the Caves floor. To unlock the Cellar, you must beat every possible boss on the Basement floor.
